Pods ::: Mark III :: Details : Assembly

In order to make the Mark III as compatible and manageable as possible, the entire pod is comprised of 23 pieces that can be assembled/disassembled with ease.  These 23 pieces include two connecting bases, 6 wall panels, a front and back roof, three panels that constitute the sliding canopy door, bucket seat and attached seat base, three wood panels for each armrest, pullout keyboard shelf, monitor shelf, and ventilation fan.

Assembly of the Mark III is surprisingly simple and can be performed easily with a two-person team.  Everything required for assembly is included with your purchase, and NO additional tools are required.  After the two base pieces are positioned and attached, each wall panel can be efficiently inserted into the base using a dowel pin system.  All walls and ceilings are held into place by a basic, yet effective, hinge system that only requires that you line up hinges and insert hinge pins to lock the panels in to place.  Also, in most cases, each component of the Mark III can be handled and moved by one just person *.  Detailed instructions are provided with your purchase in the form of a DVD instructional video.

*Those with physical limitations in moving, carrying objects should exercise caution during assembly.
